Naftali Broder practices commercial and corporate law and represents international and Israeli companies and clients including, high-tech and biotech companies at all stages, private equity funds, debt funds and individual investors in a large variety of transactions such as M&A transactions, equity financing and commercial transactions. Naftali has been an integral part of the ALB team since 2017 when he started his internship at the firm.
Naftali received his LLB (2017) from Ono academic collage and was admitted to the Israeli Bar Association in 2018.
During his work for the firm, Naftali received a certification from EXIN Privacy and Data Protection Institute. In addition, Naftali was certified to prepare and submit the Israeli enduring power of attorney.
Naftali and his wife have 3 children. Naftali is an active-duty reserve officer in the Israeli Defense Force, ranked Captain.
Naftali is fluent in English and Hebrew.
Alexander Messeca has been with the firm since 2017 and has contributed to its international reach through his rich experience overseas until settling in Israel 16 years ago.
Alexander’s practice has grown in all areas of corporate legal practice with a focus on due diligence in complex transactions and financing schemes, cross-border agreements and comparative law as well as the legal administrative managing of companies. Alexander has expertise with data protection regulations in various jurisdictions, including the European Union and is certified by the EXIN Privacy and Data Protection Institute.
Alexander received his law degree from Ono Academic College in Jerusalem in 2019 and was admitted to the Israeli Bar Accossation in 2020.
Alexander has a Masters degree in Social Anthropology from University College London (2004) and received rabbinic ordination from Rabbi Mordecai Goldstein of Beit Shemesh (2018).
Alexander and his wife have 6 children. Alexander is a competitive bicyclist in his free time.
Alexander is fluent in English, French and Hebrew.
